This policy explains which cookies and which browser storage the website klaumo.ch uses, for what purpose and for how long. It supplements our Privacy Policy. The controller is Tyche Consulting GmbH (brand «Klaumo»), Tobelstrasse 13, 5445 Eggenwil, Switzerland, info@klaumo.ch.
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files that a website places in your browser. The next time you visit, your browser sends them back. This allows the website to remember, for example, that you have already confirmed your telephone number.
Local storage and session storage are storage areas in your browser. The website places information there, for example your language. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us automatically. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
First-party and third-party cookies. First-party cookies are set by klaumo.ch itself. Third-party cookies are set by another provider, in this case Google or Meta, and only if you have agreed.

We load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel only after you have agreed to the group concerned.

We delete the data in Google Analytics after 14 months. How Google and Meta process the data, where it is transferred to and on what basis is set out in our Privacy Policy, sections 4.4 and 7.
4. Legal basis
We set necessary cookies and storage because the website would not work or would not be secure without them (overriding or legitimate interest; GDPR (DSGVO): Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f). We set statistics and marketing cookies only with your consent (Art. 31 para. 1 of the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG); Art. 45c of the Telecommunications Act (TCA/FMG); GDPR: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a; for persons in the EU, Art. 5 para. 3 of Directive 2002/58/EC).
5. Changing your choice
- On the website: Click «Cookie settings» at the bottom of any page. There you can switch statistics and marketing on or off individually. Withdrawal applies for the future. On withdrawal, the website deletes the cookies _ga, _ga_<ID> and _fbp on klaumo.ch; you delete the cookie _fbc and cookies on Google's and Meta's domains in your browser.
- After 12 months, we ask you again.
- In your browser: You can view, delete and block cookies and storage in your browser settings. You will find instructions in your browser's help pages, for example for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you block all cookies, parts of the website will not work, in particular the conversation with Kaia.
- With Google: You can use Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) to switch off Google Analytics on all websites.
- With Meta: In the advertising settings of your Facebook or Instagram account, you can decide whether Meta uses data from other websites for advertising.

7. Changes
We update this policy when the cookies on the website change. The version published on klaumo.ch applies. In case of discrepancies between the language versions, the German version prevails.
